Agent Mark Dix has been serving the area’s insurance needs for over 20 years and has the experience to make sure you are covered. An avid biker, Mark often rides 100 miles a week visiting family and friends.

Amanda Black

Owner/Producer

Amanda graduated from Rockwell-Swaledale High School in 2005 and grew up in the surrounding area. She joined Nora Springs Insurance in December 2016 and earned her Personal and Casualty license in February 2017. In 2021, she has earned her Minnesota license as well as Life/Health and is ready to assist you with all your insurance needs.

Amanda moved to Nora Springs in July 2015 with her husband Dan Black, who works as a Shift Supervisor at Poet Biorefinery. They have two daughters, Janessa (10) and Vayda (5). In her spare time she enjoys reading, collecting Lucille Ball memorabilia, binge-watching Netflix, road trips with her family, and attending concerts at the Surf Ballroom.
